TUTORIAL ON HOW TO ORDER YOUR PERSONALIZED HULL

 

Step 1: Select the desired product.

Simply go to the "personalized" section on the drop-down menu and you'll arrive on the sidebar of our website, then click on the "PERSONALIZED" button.

Then choose the product you wish to order from our range of personalized products. 

Let's take the following product as an example: https: //www.ohmycase.fr/products/coque-personnalise 

 

Step 2 : Customize your order.

 

1 :

You choose your phone model, this box corresponds to the model you will receive.

2 :

This box lets you see what your hull will look like with the live preview! ⚠ This box is only a preview, it will not reflect to the pixel / millimeter the hull you will receive, but we will take care to respect your request as much as possible. 

Unfortunately, we only have 3 previews at the moment, so please make sure that the photo you choose matches your phone model.

3 : 

This little button lets you upload your photo to our site, so you can see what it will look like with the live preview.

 

Step 3 : Adapt your photo. 

Here's an example for rendering on Iphone X

You can now place your photo as you like on the preview, but we remind you that it's safer to allow a slight margin between the preview and reality, as each phone model is different and some details may be cut off when creating the shell (we'll obviously do our utmost to do as you asked).

 

Here's a rendering on Samsung S9:

Bear in mind the margin of error! A preview will not be totally identical to the nearest millimeter to the shell you receive. 

 

BOARD : 

 

If your photo isn't necessarily the best match for your phone model, we advise younot to be disappointed when you receive your shell with part of your face cut out, by placing your photo on a smaller white background. Please note that we do not accept returns if the photo is not compatible with the phone model.

Step 4 : Validation. 

 

 Check that your photo has been uploaded (the little thumbnail under "choose my photo") and place your order!
